Because our courses and online materials may provide immediate access to digital content, refunds may be limited once you have accessed, downloaded, or started using the course materials.
If you believe you have purchased a course by mistake or have experienced a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing the service, please contact us as soon as possible.
